Philip Davis, President and co-founder of Corporate Compensation Plans is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has an extensive background in qualified retirement plans and is the author of the book So You Think You Have A Pension Plan!. His articles have appeared in Employee Benefit News and other industry magazines and have been featured in The New York Times, Business Week, CFO Magazine, and the Institutional Investor. Phil is the creator of 401kSecure®.

Tracy Shaw, Partner and Senior Vice President, graduated from State University of New York, at Albany followed by an MBA from Western Connecticut State University. She has 17 years of experience in administration and operations management, specializing in organizational development, voluntary benefit plan design, administration and communication. During her tenure with CCP, Tracy has developed strong, collaborative relationships with our Fortune 500 customers.

Mark Davis, General Counsel, is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific. Prior to joining CCP he was a counsel with a regional Savings Bank and the General Counsel to EarthCo, Inc., an investment company focused on entities involved in natural resource development. Mark has a strong background in contract development and benefit plan design.

Craig Richardson is Director of Information Technology. Prior to joining CCP, his career included many years designing and applying technology for everything from manufacturing process automation to integration of diverse corporate system platforms, successfully providing solutions to maximize productivity and minimize costs. He most recently oversaw the development of CCP's web-based enrollment system, capable of processing the many different application forms required by the various insurance carriers.

Robert Ostrander, Vice President and Managing Director, is a graduate of St. Johns, NYC and the Graduate University of Rhode Island. He was employed by Unum for over 28 years serving as a Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President of Products, and head of Canadian operations. While at Unum he also was in charge of major initiatives to construct operating environments for Group and Individual insurance contracts and is currently a consultant to Unum UK.

Craig Davis is President of RetirementGuard, LLC, an affiliate of Corporate Compensation Plans. His company is a pioneer in the creation and design of long term care insurance and has as customers some of the most prestigious employers and associations in the country. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, his articles on long-term care insurance and benefit issues appear frequently in national publications.
